It’s heartwarming to know that Universal Fidelity LP has been making a difference in the lives of children during Christmas since 1991. This year, the team was able to donate and fulfill the wishes of two children through Katy Christian Ministries.

We are pleased that UFLP is now certified as a Women-Owned Small Business by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under the WOSB program. UFLP is celebrating 30 years in the accounts receivable management (ARM) and call center industry this February.

Universal Fidelity LP (UFLP), an ACA International member in Katy, Texas, contributed to a toy drive during the holiday season.

UFLP collected toy bears for local children after hearing about the drive organized by BEAR: A Resource for CPS Kids. BEAR provides animals to bring comfort to children in Child Protective Services and emergency situations.
